  1. What does it mean to be precious in the site of God?

 

  1. On numerous occasions, Jesus confronted and exposed the religious leaders. Does this mean He didn’t care about them? How did he respond to Nicodemus in John chapter 3?

 

  1. Jesus ate with tax collectors and sinners. Notice Jesus invited himself to Zacchaeus’ house before Zacchaeus repented (Luke 19:1-10). What does it mean to hate sin but love people?

 

  1. I don’t know about you, but I need frequent heart checks. Have you recently asked the Lord to examine your heart for obstacles that might negatively affect how you view some people?

 

  1. How can fear, ignorance, jealousy, shame, unforgiveness, pride, etc. keep you from seeing others through God’s eyes?

  1. In verse 10 of the Lord’s prayer in Matthew 6, Jesus says, “Thy kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (NKJV). How can Jesus’ words encourage us to be part of the solution?
